I am now officially three days soda free, which is pretty fantastic for me as of late. I'm not quite where I want to be with my water intake, but I will keep working on that and keeping my Pepsi intake to a minimum. I also need to keep working on tracking my food on MyFitnessPal, but I consider this week to be somewhat successful. I didn't track every day, but I did track my meals for a few days, so I took some baby steps.
I was rather snack-y this afternoon, which I feel a little bit guilty about. We signed holiday cards at work and I brought in a movie ("Elf") and some snacks to make the process a bit more fun. In my defense, in addition to the junk food I bought, I also brought in a fruit tray. Alas, I didn't even touch the fruit, as it was the Chex Mix calling my name. It's ok, though. It's was a minor lapse in judgement that won't be repeated any time soon.
I'm hoping to get a run in this weekend and I'm planning to use the last of my ENERGYbits before I head out. I'm excited to test them out again!
