How true this is and I learned something pretty cool last night! Let the record state that this whole blogging thing is new to me and I'm still trying to figure much of it out. Mainly, I've been trying to figure out why the e-mail notifications to subscribers of my blog are a day behind. I always blog between 10 p.m. and midnight after the boys are in bed, but the blog update e-mails weren't being sent until the following evening. I looked into it and it's because that's the time it was set to in Feedburner. Imagine that. So I changed the delivery time of the subscriber e-mail and the notification e-mails are no longer a day behind. Thanks for bearing with me, friends!
I didn't make it out to run around the lake at lunch, but I did go for a wog with all my boys after dinner tonight. It was a beautiful evening; not too hot, not too humid and a lovely breeze. I even sweet talked Matt into coming with us! I love spending time with the boys, but I especially love our wogs. Sometimes, it seems like in today's world, we (myself included, talk to me about the time I thought I lost all the data on my iPhone) are so attached to electronics and spend way too much time inside, so I love taking the boys outside for some fresh air and exercise. Bless their hearts, because someday I fear genetics will catch up to them, but I hope that we are inspiring them to lead a healthy lifestyle and I love that they get to see Mom and Dad being active.
On another note, I had an amazing salad at lunch today. Field greens with tomatoes, grilled steak, and a bacon vinaigrette. It was so delicious! For dinner, Matt barbecued chicken, which was also amazing! I had hoped to have some green beans, too, but my children ate them all. No joke. My youngest (16 months old) ate the most green beans of all, easily half of the can. I think that's great, really, but I'm definitely buying a bigger can next time. Mama likes her green beans, too.
Is anyone else as I glad as I am that tomorrow is Friday?
